Dietary needs are becoming more and more important. As the food industry tries to be more efficient there objectives are having a compound effect on their customerbase and are having to adapt. Food being preserved means that less food goes off so there is less waste and there is nothing directly wrong with that. However the chemicals they use do not agree with all of us. Our bodies start fighting back so in order to overcome these issues we need to overcome what food we consume. Our health may need us to restrict or even avoid specific chemicals or food types. This can be down to allergies, intolerances or because we want to improve our lifestyle.
